Using this as a basis, we will provide a detailed, costed Treatment Plan for your review and approval prior to any work commencing. Finance options including low rate 0% APR are also available to help spread the costs of your treatment (subject to acceptance).
To ensure fair access to appointments for all patients, we operate a strict cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at £2.50 per minute of the booked clinical time. Appointments that are not attended without notice will also be charged at £2.50 per minute of the booked clinical time.
This policy applies to all appointments, including dental and hygiene visits. Any outstanding cancellation or non-attendance fees must be paid in full prior to booking further appointments.
